Okay, I have just returned from what may be the best movie experience I have ever had. I got to see Breaking Dawn a day earlier than the US and that just makes me happy. I feel so special. I bought my ticket a couple days ago for the 10.30 am showing. I didn't realize it at the time but I had bought a "gold class" ticket. Apparently, Gold Class has only about 25 chairs, all large, comfy Lazy Boys, a table per every two loungers and a bar/restaurant as you enter. You order what you want (one mimosa and popcorn, thank you) and they deliver it whenever you want. Beginning, halfway through, whatever. IT'S BRILLIANT. I have decided that I will open one of these wherever I live. It is my calling in life. I was so happy I could hardly stand it and the movie hadn't even started yet.
Now, the movie. The acting was completely superior to that of the previous movies. I am so astonished. Kristen Stewart SMILED! And it was great! All of it was great! Each character's emotions, the wedding, reception, honeymoon, birth. Uh. I was so pleased. I am just too happy! I will probably go see it again tomorrow or something. You know me, this is not abnormal. And until then I may just watch the other Twilight movies....
Actually, I will more than likely be stuck in my book The Hunger Games. It is so wonderful and so exciting that I am surprised I was able to put it down long enough to type this. If you haven't read it, do it, and if I don't convince you, let the kick ass movie trailer do it. There is no way that movie will be less than fantastic. It is funny though, I have the UK version of the book and things are jumping out at me that the US version didn't have. Every measurement is set in the metric system. They have turned phrases so instead of "Let's not pretend..." they say "Don't let's pretend..." It's just a very interesting way to read a book. I think I will have to try it with Harry Potter.
While I am on my obsessions, I have to talk about Pinterest. It's the neatest thing. It's like a series of bulletin boards of your favorite things. Everything from favorite youtube videos to DIY projects to fashion. Whatever your little hear desires. And you can look at your friends' posts and either judge them for their terrible fashion sense or repin something of theirs and pretend it was your idea. Pretty spectacular website.
Okay, now that I have caught up on the trivial stuff, I am off to play then very soon I will post something much more entertaining. Day to day life has not been hysterical recently, but I will make it funny. Don't you worry.
And remember: A day without alcohol is no day at all!
